What do interns do at Hamilton Sundstrand?

Interns at Hamilton Sundstrand have an opportunity to do work that adds to the bottom line. Our interns work side by side with engineers and business leaders to design products, improve processes, support customers and manage our business. They become an integral part of the team, completing much-needed projects and working with the group to accomplish daily goals. Interns are also provided with a range of training and professional development opportunities.

What do Co-op students do at Hamilton Sundstrand?

Through co-op assignments, students alternate semesters of full-time study with semesters of full-time paid employment. Like the Intern program, the Co-op Program is also designed to enhance a student's academic training, professional growth, and personal development. Co-op students must be enrolled and maintain a satisfactory academic standing in a formal Cooperative Education Program at their undergraduate institution.

Hamilton Sundstrand strives to build an entry-level pipeline through our internship and Co-op programs. However, at times we do augment that pool of candidates with graduating seniors and recent college grads.
